Rental Rates

The following rates apply to bookings made for 2010/2011.

Unlike many villa's, all taxes are included in the below prices.

Low Season :

January/February/November/December

(excluding Christmas and New Years)
$700 USD per week (£450)

Mid Season :

March/May/June/September/October

$775 USD per week (£500)

High Season :

April/July/August

(Excluding Easter)
$875 USD per week (£565)

Holiday Season :

Easter/Christmas/New Year's
$1,050 per week (£675)

Pool/Jacuzzi heating is an additional $165 USD (£110) per week. Recommended for October - April. Jacuzzi heat only is $35 USD (£23) per week.

There will be a $125 USD (£80) cleaning charge on bookings of less than 1 week.

UK Prices based on 1.55 to 1 US Dollar. Final prices will be based on USD dollar prices shown above.

$150 USD deposit made to reserve weeks. Final payment and security deposit due 8 weeks prior to check in date. Security deposit will be returned 3 weeks after check out date.

Ask about discounts given for stays longer than 2 week.
