Our luxury villa is situated in the Indian Creek Estates, Kissimmee, FL, less than 10 minutes from the main gates of Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 mile from Highway 192 with numerous quality shops and restaurants.

Villa Details :

The villa has a large lounge area, well equipped kitchen and dining room. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite with full baths, and a covered lanai and pool area. The Villa is fully furnished and air conditioned and the garage has been fitted as a game room with a full size pool table, electronic basketball game, Table Tennis table-top (for on top of the pool table), TV/VCR/DVD and Xbox 360. There are also a selections of DVDs, Videos and Xbox 360 games for all of our guests to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV\VCR\DVD and a large en-suite bathroom with shower, corner spa-style bath, vanity, toilet and a walk-in closet (wardrobe) area.

The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV\DVD and built-in clost (wardrobe). The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower, a vanity and toilet.

The remaining two bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and built-in closets (wardrobes). These rooms share the third bathroom, which has a bath with shower, a vanity and a toilet. Both bedrooms also have TVs and DVDs.

The house is an open plan with patio doors leading out to the screened in pool and covered deck area. The yard is also completely fenced in for privacy. All doors to the pool are alarmed for safety. Outside by the pool is a BBQ grill.

Child facilities - A highchair, portable crib and travel cot (guests will need to supply their own bedding for the travel cot and portable crib). We have provided a two baby strollers which you are very welcome to use during your stay.

The Villa’s own private 26’ x 13’ pool has a heated Jacuzzi and the pool area is equipped with patio table, chairs and loungers.

As well as the 'cool' facilities like the pool and TV/VCR/DVD players we also provide the following essential equipment

• Books, DVDs, a selection of Disney Videos and board games
• Washing Machine & Dryer
• Iron & Ironing Board
• Kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.
• Safes in each of the master bedrooms
