Welcome :

Hi, we are Pete & Barbara Preston and this is our Florida home. Our luxury villa is ideally situated less than 10 minutes from the main gates of Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 mile from Highway 192 and numerous quality shops and restaurants.

Villa Details :

The villa has a large lounge area, well equipped kitchen and dining room. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite 1 shared bathroom, a covered lanai and pool area. The Villa is fully furnished and air conditioned and we have just finished the fitting the garage out as a games room with full size pool table, electronic basketball game, Table Tennis table-top (for on top of the pool table), TV/VCR and Xbox 360. There are also a selections of DVDs, Videos and Xbox 360 games for all of our guests to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV\VCR and a large en-suite bathroom with shower, corner spa-style bath, vanity basins, toilet and a walk-in wardrobe area.

The second master bedroom has a full size bed, TV\VCR and built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower, a vanity basin and toilet.

The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds and built-in wardrobes. These rooms share the third bathroom, which has a bath with shower, a vanity basin and a toilet. Both bedrooms also have TVs and DVDs.

The house is open plan with with patio doors leading out to the covered pool and deck area. All doors to the pool are alarmed for safety. Outside by the pool is a new BBQ grill.

Child facilities - A highchair and travel cot (guests will need to supply their own bedding for the travel cot). We have also recently bought a baby stroller which you are very welcome to use during your stay.

The Villa’s own private 26’ x 13’ pool has a heated Jacuzzi and the pool area is equipped with patio table, chairs and loungers.

As well as the 'cool' facilities like the pool and TV/VCR/DVD players we also provide the following essential equipment

• Towels & Bedding
• Books, DVDs, a selection of Disney Videos and board games
• Washing Machine & Dryer
• Iron & Ironing Board
• Kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.
